Frankfurt Paper Models
Frankfurt am Main has the tallest skyline in Germany. Most of our models start here, from the European Central Bank to the Römer city hall.
Architecture in Frankfurt
Frankfurt am Main has more towers above 150 meters than any other German city. The banking district west of the old town is compact, so from one street corner you often see three or four towers at once. That closeness makes the city a good place to start: once you have built the MesseTurm, you spot the pyramid on its roof the moment you visit.
What to watch out for when building
The Frankfurt models cover three kinds of structure, and each asks something different of you. The MAIN TOWER is round, so the shell needs patience when you curve it. The Römer is three gabled houses with many short edges. The Waldstadion is a shallow bowl and forgives a crooked fold more readily than the rest.
